The Prophet ﷺ taught a simple round after each prayer: SubhanAllah 33, Alhamdulillah 33, Allahu Akbar 33, then complete the hundred with la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir - and sins are forgiven "even if they are like the foam of the sea" (Sahih Muslim 597).
